We focus on two main goals

Prove the framework

Empirical work to test whether the three attitudes and felt responsibility can be measured and whether they causally shape strategic outcomes. We are seeking collaborators in behavioural science, judgment and decision-making, organizational behaviour, cognitive psychology, behavioural economics, and research methods

Build the curriculum

Designing and testing a curriculum that develops the attitudes and felt responsibility — for two segments: the formal education system, and working professionals. The two share essentially the same core. We are seeking collaborators in learning science, management and entrepreneurship education, leadership development, and education-system reform

What a fellowship offers

GSS fellowships are built to let you do meaningful work with real support behind it. Depending on the role and track, a fellowship may include

A monthly research stipend for the duration of the fellowship, with performance bonuses tied to agreed milestones such as completed studies and published papers.

Full funding of the research itself — study design, data collection, participant and software costs, and open-access publication fees.

Access to GSS research environments and support teams — established in Mongolia and being developed at other locations — including research assistants who can carry much of the day-to-day execution.

Co-authorship and a Ganzorig Strategy School affiliation on resulting publications, which we aim to place in leading peer-reviewed venues.

A collaborative network of fellow researchers and senior advisors, with support to present your work at conferences and convenings.

Intellectual-property, authorship, and data arrangements are agreed transparently and in writing at the outset, and every fellow retains full academic freedom to publish honest findings
